We were provided with outstanding customer service by Kathryn today! She was so friendly, knew her products well, was fun and extremely helpful. This is our second experience at the store and we have had Kathryn on both occasions and she was so wonderful the first time too!

The staff here are really helpful- Simona patiently helped me fit the right pair of work boots today and I’m really happy with my purchase. It’s not often you get this type of service in a big store, but kudos and thanks to the Belmont RSEA store staff.

Excellent product recommendations and a wide range of products on offer. Hi. I buy 2 trousers today. When i try it at home, the size is not fit with me. Can i return and change to other trousers? For how many days the return policy is acceptable?

Staff were not wearing masks or checking vaccination status or check in. In order to try to sell me boots, the staff member told me that all their brands of boots are made in Australia (obviously not true). Heaps of flyers up for ‘Boxing Day sale’ but only a very small handful of items were actually on sale - very misleading.

Only stocks two sizes in woman’s workwear in store. Women need to order online for majority of items as they are not stocked in any stores. Complete discrimination! This is due to the franchise’s ordering policy, not owner.

Had an excellent experience at RSEA Belmont with the kind, friendly and helpful staff today who were more than happy to answer my enquiries and point me in the right direction. Can't give anything less than five stars for the staff here and can't recommend this store highly enough if you are looking for workwear in the area.

I waited patiently. While others customer's where being attended to. Then they ignored me and served the guy who came up after me. So I put back the items where they belonged and I left.If only I could give no stars.
