Angahook Holiday Camp

It's a very nice place to go to I would recommend going there

Great school camp. We'll located and good range of activities. The camp is very well run and all staff are very friendly.

Awesome group camp location. Owners keep the place well stocked and tidy. We've booked it twice now and our group intends to make it an annual camp going forward.

Good value dorm style accomodation for large sports or other groups, including obstacle course and kangaroos.

Pretty ordinary facilities, had one shower and toilet between a cabin of 18 people. Nothing to hang clothes on in the shower and even with the shower door shut, water leaked straight onto the floor so there was no way to keep things from getting wet.Poor lighting inside and out, made backing up the bus full of students very difficult in the evening.Were here for 3 days, bins had not been taken out once and were overflowing.Inadequate kitchen facilities, two dishwashers and no drying rack between 40 or so students, so most dishes had to be washed and dried by hand, and placed straight back to where they were being taken from. This would’ve been manageable if it weren’t for the lack of clean, dry tea towels

Everything you could want for a rewarding camp experience. The friendly owners and staff go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Their hospitality and care for all is amazing. The evening meals were delicious, lunches were fresh and well catered and there was always a lovely treat at morning tea and supper. The activities kept the children engaged, as they learnt important team building skills.A fantastic venue for school or other group camps. Highly recommend.

We, as a family group with kids, went to the camp twice and really enjoyed being there. Very friendly stuff, very well kept accomodation and full on activities. We recommend everyone to visit Angahook camp. We will definitely go there next time.

Great place to go for school camp! Went here this year and they had good quality food, friendly staff and lost of activites!! Totally recommend this place!

Great facilities for a tertiary education field camp.

Great campsite and great facilities! My family and I had a great experience at the camp however, unfortunately we were not allowed to use specific rooms due to Covid which places this 4/5 stars! But Highly Recommended
