If I could give this real estate 0 stars then I would.First off, don't listen to the director commenting on all of bad review's stating that he cannot find their name in his system because he is full of lies.The only person who was ever helpful was the lady from accounts, apart from that they all have the worst customer service ever.4 months over summer without air con and lied to about getting quotes for it to be replaced.3 months with no oven and having them declining to speak to us about having to get it repaired.Water leaking through the roof damaging the ceiling and eaves causing mould and would not clean or stop the issue.Organising a home open without telling us and then turning up telling us to get out the house with our 3 week old baby.Smug comments from Rhys the director whenever there was an issue raised with him.Property manager Ellie never responded to any phone calls, texts or emails.The minute we leave and a new tenant moves in, they want to ask us 100 questions via email for the new tenant, how did this work? How did that work? And would never respond back to us with anything.But yeah, let just wait to see Rhys comment and say he hasn't a clue what this review is about because he is full of lies and can't own up to say he can't run a business to save his live and treats everyone like a piece of trash
