Joanne and her team have managed several of our rental properties for many years. They have always given first class service and advise to me as both landlord and seller. Great agency. Ken & Jo has been managing my properties for years. Extremely efficient and honest. They always give feedback on time and manage tenants very well so I don't need to deal with the headaches. During COVID I had some issues with tenants, Ken and Jo helped me with insurance claims and attended NCAT for free. The team at c21 shore also helped with claiming bond back from the tenants, which was a great help after they left my property in a poor state.
