This place “fixed” our car after a rear collision, but did not seal the back of the car properly. Every time it rains we get an inch of water in our boot and back foot wells. Rang them to get it fixed and were told they’d be happy to help but we’d have to pay for it. Missing seals and screws everywhere. Don’t go to them.

I am really very impressed with Tru Blue Smash Repairs. They did a great job repairing the front end on my 2022 Ford Ranger. The car looks and drives like new. They have great customer service and do great work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you very much to the whole team.

Do not recommend. Had our car repaired here through insurance some time ago. They dropped solvent on the carpet of our car which has dissolved the carpet. Car was less than 6 months old at the time. When questioned about this they denied it and tried to make out that it was from friction by the passenger in the foot well! The patch became larger over time and looks terrible. So frustrating.

customer service with Nabella on the front desk was amazing. word of warning. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. car went in for a simple repair, after 5 times of knocking the poor quality of the paint back and having a heated discussion with the rude owner and painter we were forced to take our vehicle looking like a 2 year old had painted it. absolutely appauled by the lack of pride and workmanship on my car.excuse after excuse and hearing oh but its better this time numerous times they undercut and rang the hire car company to have our replacement vehicle taken from us, so we had no choice but to pick our car up. cutting corners to save money, coat after coat of paint to fix. i now need to take the car and be out of pocket to repair the car properly. rediculous... also added some photos for people to judge themselves

Recently fixed my car with Tru Blue Smash and all i can say is wow. Amazing service and excellent professionalism. My car was fixed perfectly and i was always notified with updates about the progression of my car. The staff were all helpful. Would not recommend anyone more.

Tru Blue Smash Repairs is definitely a 5 star rating. There customer service is exceptional and they fixed my BMW to perfection. The workshop was extremely tidy and the end result of the car was amazing, almost like i never had an accident. I cant thank the team enough for their support and providing true quality. Today my mum and I got into a car accident, and it was witnessed by 2 men from Tru blue smash repairs while they were driving there tow truck. My mum was very stressed and shocked we didn’t know what to do we hopped out the car, and the 2 men from blue smash repairs asked if we were okay and told us that they a from a car company and that they will help us they straight away towed the car that was behind us and told my mum and I to follow us to the car yard as our car was drivable to the spot not far away, we got to the place and they straight away organised a car for my mum and I to use until our car is fixed.Couldn’t be happier, as we were so stressed and they provided us with all the help we needed.We are so thankful to the 2 men that helped us today, god bless !!!

I was in an accident in which the front passenger side of my truck was damaged. The team at Tru blue was there in mere minutes to tow the vehicle for me and get it off the road.Once I was in the office, the Tru Blue team was profession, caring and compassionate as I ended up in a worse situation than I thought, as I was fully covered but then found out my insurance had lapsed only a month prior, leaving me to cover the cost.They worked diligently to ensure the service was kept to an excellent standard and the price was kept minimal. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this as I was recently let go from my job due to unforeseen circumstances involving Covid.Tru Blu has my utmost respect and appreciation for their professionalism, courtesy, compassion and quality service and should I ever need their services again, I wouldn't hesitate to go to them or recommend them to others.I have attached images to show that Tru Blue brought my truck back to what I can easily say is a better state than it was before the accident.Thank you Tru Blue team.
