Monopoly Collective Real Estate
I rented an apartment through Ken Lin at Monopoly. A little over a year later my circumstances have changed so I have moved to a different part of Sydney. I seriously wish I didn’t have to move as Ken has been the best agent I’ve ever had as a renter. He is available, friendly, polite and responsive. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Ken and would gladly use him to manage my own property when the time comes.

Ken is really professional in terms of the service he provides to his clients. They are proactive with their approach with landlords and give us regular updates. Engages with the tenants and often does what is right for everyone. He is responsive and provides great customer service.

Throughout my tenancy, Ken was consistently attentive, responsive, and dedicated to helping me with any issues that arose. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was quick to respond and provided me with clear and helpful guidance. He went above and beyond to make sure that my tenancy was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Ken is the best rental agent I’ve dealt with by far. I’ve been renting a property through him for almost 2 years now. He’s responsive (always within an hour or two) and is always willing to help. Friendly and personable. Makes everything a breeze.

Used to rent a property managed by Ken. Disappointing service. Took ages to respond to a request or question. Difficult to make an appointment to sort out issues. Application procedures were very tedious compared to others. I don't think it's a good idea to engage him to manage your property. Perhaps he's good to his customers (the landlords) but he's totally opposite to the tenants.

Ken is one of the best property manager I've had. He is always readily available and a real problem solver. We had a tricky situation and Ken dealt with it very professionally, keeping us updated every step of the way and it got resolved. Whether the job is big or small Ken gives it the same attention to detail. If you're looking for a good real estate agent to manage your property, I highly recommend him.
