Such a nice cinema, really comfy gold class style seats. The whole place seemed really dead quiet but then again we went on a Monday night, at the start of school holidays and it didn’t effect service, all concessions were operating, it felt like we had the place to ourselves.Never seen a cinema with an open concession area, self serve soft drinks, slurpees, popcorn and packaged chocolate & lollies. A stand for Ben & Jerry’s ice cream plus a licensed cafe for beer/wine and coffee (coffee was good too). Both concession area and cinema were clean and felt fresh.We’re normally a Village family since we’re part of their loyalty program but we tried this place while visiting Docklands and loved it, we’ll be back.

These are my favourite cinemas. But unfortunately the staff are extremely rude. You really need to train your employees in customer service before you unleash them on to us. We come there to enjoy a movie but your staff are so good to take that away from us.

Went on a weekday morning to watch Spider-Man. Xtreme theatre had great Dolby Atmos sound, reclining seats and was empty! The kids had a wonderful time. Toilets were clean and easily accessible for toilet breaks.

Best cinema in Melbourne hands down!!! The recliner chairs are out of this world... Veryyyyyyyyyyy comfortable... Best thing about it, it's never too busy so you get to enjoy the movie.

Was blown away by the XtremeScreen, and the barrier between levels really makes it like you’re in your own private theatre.Sad we didn’t get to try the concessions because it was the last show of the night and were a bit late so everything was closed already.Wish I could bring these theatres back to Canada lol

Very comfortable recliner chairs which was a pleasant surprise! Great sound and huge screen. The whole place seemed clean and well cared for. A bit more signage to guide you around would have been helpful but it was overall a great experience.

Awesome service, awesome new seats with fluffiness. Compared to other hoyts in western suburbs Melbourne its cleaner, smells better. Just that parking costs stings but everything else's is best. Believe i have been to all.... Highpoint one is the worst smelling and least clean.

We visit Hoyts because firstly it is nearby & the best theatre in Melbourne - all seats are like gold class - have drink holders, and can be adjusted for comfort. Parking underneath is easily accessible and only $4.Very clean and new with super comfortable reclining seats. Though the food is insanely expensive. Thank you team District docklands Hoyts!
