Initially I was disappointed in being sold the wrong product . But to the credit of the pharmacy , they replaced the product free of charge with an apology in very quick time . We all make mistakes but by owing it and fixing it , this makes me very happy.Powell

I have stopped going here from today. The floors are filthy, sitting waiting for a script, the dirt under the front counter shocking. The entrance has heavy black stuff stuck onto it and looks really bad. If that is what a customer can see, I wonder how bad it is behind the scenes. No thank you.

I needed a statutory declaration signed and the pharmacist said no they are too busy, they had 2 customers in there getting prescriptions, found him extremely rude and didn't even offer for me to wait 5-10 minutes until he was finished with his 2 scripts.Had no interest in helping me and said there is another chemist across the road.

I phoned beforehand to ask whether they sold silhouette hairspray. When I arrived I was told they didn't? Not impressed... Time wasting is never appreciated. I would have rather *ethics & honesty* as opposed to attempting to sell me another product!

Just visited to pick up my script. Paid $25 at another big chemist a month ago, today was going to be charged $30.50. Massive increase. Girls were fantastic when i questioned this. Price matched the other chemist at $25, no questions asked. I appreciate prices are going up, service was fantastic to arrange this for me.

Staff are fine, but they never have orders ready when sent through on the app. Constantly ordering hours in advance and still having to wait 15-20 mins for them to do the order because they haven’t seen it yet

Shop there many times before, usually people are quite helpful, however just purchased a lot of hair products and had my 3 year old with me, the lady at the register was incredibly stuck up and didn’t give me a bag. I had asked for one she said it was an additional 10 cents. Fair enough if they have decided to charge for bags as I was never charged before. But this person could have been a lot nicer about it. She lacks personality and customer service!!! Not impressed

I went in to get a repeat script. Not realising I needed to go back to the same chemist I originally got the script from, my mistake. I dont always go to the same chemist and Ive just moved house. When I asked the gentleman serving me if he could help track down which chemist he said only if I ring the 100s of chemists in melbourne"

We attend this store quite regularly as it’s our local. However, a bit of a disappointing experience today.Whilst staff are generally attentive and polite, we experienced a rather odd situation today.We were collecting a prescription and handed over the script as one normally does. After an extended wait, we sat down. After more waiting, we realised this was taking longer than normal for a box of antibiotics.Finally, once we were a little disgruntled, a staff member walks over and tells us that the reason why it was taking so long was that the medication we required was out of stock, so they were on the phone to our doctor to ask what other antibiotic they could prescribe. We then heard the staff conversing tell each other that we knew what was going on.Would have been nice to have been informed that they were in contact with our doctor before they did it. Perhaps they may have been concerned that we would have just gone elsewhere. In future, we will.Staff are generally friendly and efficient. But today was a bit strange and was taken as a bit insulting that they wouldn’t speak to us first.
