Dealing with the AC Store regarding a new ducted install (replacing an old Carrier system) was the easiest of the three companies contacted. The replacement Fujitsu was installed in a day. Very professional installation team (although it was very warm day especially in the roof cavity) and everything went like clockwork. Excellent clean up and removal of old system. James and Steve were very knowledgeable and explained throughly the AirTouch 2+ controller, it is extremely versatile and able to be controlled by an app on your devices. It’s to be recommended.

I had a back to back split system installed and from the quoting to the final install was effortless and easy. They really listed to my concerns and offered great options. Wish all companies had this level of customer service excellence. Great work guys very happy with the results!
