The woman working here accused my 9 year old of shoplifting Pokemon cards after asking him twice in the shop if he was going to buy them. She then ran after us and grabbed his jumper from behind to stop him in the middle of the busy road we were crossing. The cards were on the floor where we had been looking at ribbon and wrapping paper.I went back 20 minutes later because I did not want to wrap my presents with paper and ribbons with bad juju and she refused to acknowledge me or refund my money, or give a receipt. She kept insisting that I look at her screen! She then asked my son to pay for the cards!! I cannot believe the way she handled this situation and the way she assaulted a child and refused to acknowledge my request for a refund. I hope her shop closes down. Oh, anyone want some free wrapping paper and ribbon?
