I had been talking to this caterer on off due to my event being postponed due to COVID. With the date creeping up I had texted repeatedly , emailed and called and was not able to get a response. Finally a week later I got a response with no apology for the delay in response just is there a kitchen and I need a deposit. Unfortunately I had to go with another caterer .

Chardonnay Catering recently catered our sailing club function for just under 100 people. Brett and his lovely team did an awesome job from being incredibly organised, super friendly staff, delicious Gourmet BBQ dinner and grazing table - which our members smashed! Thank you Brett and team, we have already booked again for next year!!

I can not recommend Brett and his team for a function event or wedding ! I had Chardonnay catering for my wedding at Stanley park Fullerton cove in 2018 and they were just fantastic ! The meals were beautiful and very well presented and very reasonably priced ! Brett was very flexible with changing the menu to suit my needs and nothing was a problem ! I dealt with several other catering firms initially and I found Chardonnay catering the best for value for money and also flexibility and easy to deal with !

Both my husband celebrated our 50th birthday within 3 weeks of each other. We wanted to celebrate our birthday together with as little fuss as possible. Brett was fantastic. He arrived, organised everything and then when he left , my kitchen was spotless. All our guests were so impressed with the quality and quantity of the food served. I have a number of food allergies and sensitivities and Brett was able to change ingredients and knew what was in every menu option. He makes the majority of his sauces which for an allergy sufferer is amazing. I would recommend Chardonnay Catering to anyone having a large or small event.
