Very friendly staff, very helpful.

I am now currently in my second hudson homes property and I love it! The staff are realistic and always welcoming when I comverse with them. My property manager i can't fault. She helped me when I was homeless and living with my sister get out of there and get a rental history. She didnt have to help me but she has and has been amazing ever since. Thank you so much Hudson homes for all you have done for me! I have no intentions on moving from our current rental through them anytime soon!

A bit late for this review, but we are looking for a new rental property now and I was reminded of how lovely and professional these guys were when we were looking for our first rental back in 2017. Our first house (a brand new build) that we were approved for, unfortunately, got snagged up with the council over something minor beyond ours, the landlord and the realestate’s control, but Cherie was so lovely and professional in helping us into another property nearby, she truly made our first rental experience a positive one.Looking back now as we wade through the rental process again we truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better, I hope Cherie and the Team are still going well ☺️

Disgusting! I would never let them manage my property. I was prepared to offer an above market rate to rent a property, but the owner lost out purely because of atrocious customer service from Hudson Homes. The customer service I experienced was so bad I actually thought I was being discriminated against. Responses to my complaints were met with aggression and blame rather than a simple apology. Being told that I am not yet a tenant so I don't deserve good service was a shock. Not showing for viewings, poor communication, rude; so many bad experiences dealing with them for 2 seperate properties and I'm not even in a lease yet. Truly, I am shocked

If I could post zero stars I would. Stay away from this crew - they're timewasters. I travelled from Sydney to see a property that was Available Now" had the Bond and 2 weeks ready as I was moving to the coast for work and had iterated this to Amanda N (who assured me there was no interest in the property). Then the team decided to do another open home instead to see if they would attract more interest - when I already had what they were asking for ready!!!!!Talking to Amanda is a waste of time - she will tell you what you want to hear and the senior property manager crashed our private inspection - never spoke to us and left. Honestly the entire private inspection - I feel like my family and I were being discriminated by the property manager - as she would barely answer my dads/my questions. Unprofessional. Liars. Time wasters."

We recently rented a property through Hudson Homes Realty and have found there services fantastic. They were quick to respond and had everything sorted exceptionally fast. The staff are friendly and happy.

Have found they have horrible customer service and it takes multiple times to tell them that you have a problem in your house that they are under jurisdiction to fix, before they actually do anything! Use someone else.

This real estate agency and agents are unprofessional, conniving and disgusting to deal with during and at the end of the tenancy. If we can give them a negative star review, we would. Beware signing up with them!
