Master Sam Barber Shop

**updated July 2019** I went back and got a different barber, who was not as skilled as Sam. This man was rougher with the cut, didn't listen very well to what I asked for (took too much off the top, decided to change the direction of my part without telling me and cut around that), and was pretty uninterested in conversation. I would only recommend a cut with Sam, who I believe works Saturdays - call to ask.**original review** . Walked in with no appointment at 1:30 on a Saturday arvo. Waited about 10 minutes with my dog, which they were cool with having inside. Asked for a #3 and leaving the top long, just a bit of a clean and natural fade at the back. Sam was a total pro and worked quickly and efficiently. Happy and friendly to converse, but also relaxed if you want a no frills experience. I’ve gone to several barbers in the area that charge 45-50 for the same results, so 30 seemed like a good deal to me. I’ll be coming back!

One of the worst haircuts I've had in a long time. The barber gave almost no effort to listen to what I wanted, and gave me less than five minutes for the whole cut (despite there only being one other person in the store). The result was a cut with zero blending between the sides/back and the top, and I was charged $40.I will not go back.

A simple classic barbershop. Exceptional service, nice clean premises and very fair pricing. I look forward to my haircuts.

Technically the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Asymmetrical, blending between top and sides was poor, and hair wasn’t texturised or cut unevenly to give it a sense of naturalism.Men’s haircuts can be pretty sterile but damn, this was below any basic standards of tidiness. $35 too… I could go to a hairdresser for a comparable price and get the proper scissor treatment.Had a glop of product smeared into my hair to the point it went white and it was shoved upwards like a tribute to the sun.For what’s it’s worth the old guy wasn’t bad the first time I went there. This review is based on the younger guy.

Sam was a lovely man and gave me the exact hair cut I asked for. This is a very good barber to see if you like an old school experience with great service

One of the worst haircuts I've had in a long time went in asked for a 1 to zero fade on the sides and back and a little bit off the top he started off well but the he cut my hair on top in even at the back it’s short and at the front it’s long I wanted a undercut and not blended but by the look of it it’s blended and has charged me $45 I can go down where I live and get my beard and haircut for $50 but I didn’t have time for that today and thought it can’t be hard to cut hair and listen to what the customer wantsDon’t go here

It was the only barber opened in a 2 km range on Monday and that was great because I could cut my hair on my spare time.The negative point is they do not accept credit card and there is no sign about it. I had to withdraw money on the ATM in front paying a fee for it.The price was expensive ($30) and also didn't have a sign in the shop.In conclusion, if you can't wait to cut your hair, do it. But I strongly recommend to do it another day in another place.
