19 of June 3:50pm lady who is meant to be working at front container was making personal calls to her children on speaker phone while patients waiting in the back room. Got up to see what she was doing as she had the door wide open and phone on speaker, at this point we had been waiting 10 minutes, she Rudely hushed me away before realising other people were also waiting and then came out straight away to apologise. So rude worst experience at a doctors office hope this women doesn’t keep her job long. Won’t be returning

I have had wonderful, polite service here on many occasions however due to lack of respect and being dismissed as a someone not worth being listened to...today. It doesn’t take much to be polite. The physical service as usual though was of a high standard.
