My 5 year old Valet system lost nearly all its suction power recently and I couldn't identify the problem so I made a service call to AstroVac. On the phone Steve identified the problem in 2 or 3 minutes and in 5 minutes I had the system back to full suction.Ray

Purchased my unit a few years ago from AstroVac, had an issue this week with unit not working correctly. Called them, excellent service, talked me through problem over phone and all fixed. Very patient and helpful. 5 Stars from me.

The guys sorted me out with a new Astro Vac and gave me instructions on how to install it myself. It is now installed and working perfectly and I now have an outlet in the garage which I didn't have before.

I rang this company at 4.05pm on a Friday night as Mum & Dads Vacumn motor blew. Spoke with Steve and by 11am on the Saturday morning he comes out and delivers a brand new unit plus installs it.You just WILL not get service like this in this day and age.Thanks so much Steve. Albert was excellent in advising on replacement reqd for my 15+ yr system, guided me on installation and foresaw my problems, and solved then before they happened!

I called - Ducted Vacuum Warehouse | AstroVac today with an issue we had with our AstroVac, purchased over 20 years ago! Albert was very helpful and talked us through some things we could try.The advice given worked! SERVICE,SERVICE,SERVICE- WOWMy name is PAUL C , in Templestowe , my builder didn't know any contact for Ducted Vacuum system , so l googled DUCTED VACUUM WAREHOUSE and l urgently need service , as my Reno was at the stage of closing up the wall/floor . l spoke to STEVE and he gave GREAT ADVICE with fixing up a MOVED ducted vent( with pipes and accessories ) and the availability ( a few days ) of a serviceman to investigate why my old system was faulty ,l spoke to STEVE on a MONDAY thinking he would at the earliestorganise a serviceman by say WEDNESDAY . I COULDN'T BELIEVE he was able to ORGANISE the serviceman the same day in the afternoon .The serviceman brought ALL POSSIBLE GEAR different UNITSand ACCESSORIES so we were able to PURCHASE ALL THESE ITEMS AT HOME with his remote EFT . This service call allowed the RENO trades to continue the progress of my RENO with NOINTERRUPTION of SCHEDULE TIME .SO IF YOU WANT SERVICE , I CANNOT PRAISE ENOUGH FOR STEVE and the team at DUCTED VACUUM WAREHOUSE for theirPROMPT AND EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL SERVICEHIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDPAUL C

I recently ordered a central vacuum cleaner motor and it was installed within a few days. I cannot recommend more highly Steve from Astro Vac and the installer. Their knowledge and expertise and commitment to customer service is outstanding. Don't go anywhere else. Peter West
