This real estate company is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They don't communicate between them selves, the dont do thorough property inspection reports, the staff don't have a clue on what there doing, except Jane who was good to deal with, the communication from us to the owners were never passed on and caused major confusion and issues, I would think twice before dealing with them

We had worst experience with this s*** kind of agency, if you want to waste your money just go to these people. We rented from them and requested to sign the lease for a longer period but they didn’t agree on it and signed the lease for six months only. They inspected the house after 7-8 weeks and were happy with the reports. In the middle of the our tenancy they wanted us to vacate after the lease end date as I was pregnant at the time was due in a few days, I begged to extend the lease for at six months but they didn’t agree on it. At the end we vacated. We cleaned the house and had the carpets professionally cleaned and forwarded them the receipt but Mahi was not happy with it because he’s a money eater (with the involvement of the owner) he deducted nearly half of our bond money even for carpet cleaning as well. On the other hand, one of the staff Abalene had the final inspection and she ensured that they were satisfied with the condition that the property was left in, Jo was happy too. I didn’t see Abelene though I just talked to her over the phone and felt that she is a really good/ professional lady. I had extremely good experience with Jo as well.. thanks Jo I don’t have any complaint about you because I you were also confused that why Mahi was not accepting it. It’s very strange that half of your staff is happy with the property condition and only you were not accepting it Have some fear from ALLAH Mahi he’s watching you!!

An illegal business openly operating in my rental property until I visited from interstate. Mahi refused to take responsibility and was ignorant of liability issues. His response was that staff members didn't tell him, not his fault! He didn't give adequate training and then was dismissive of my concerns. My experience is that he is unprofessional and dishonest. Perhaps he doesn't like female property owners questioning him?

I was going through a nightmare while dealing with my tenants. It was back-to-back bad tenants. Living in a different state made it even harder. Then I found Smart Realty through a friend, and they made every step of the tenancy so comfortable. They managed the property professionally; I must say, they are the people who cared for my property. After the tenancy agreement finished, Mahi and his team did a tremendous job selling the house. They always provided me with the right advice. The contractors they hired got the job done correctly and timely. Overall, I am very pleased with Smart Realty. I will highly recommend them as selling and managing agents.

After some very disappointing performances by other companies I engaged in the past, I switched to Smart Realty and have not regretted my decision. I’ve been a client of Smart Realty and they’ve helped me manage multiple house in Gosnells for a couple of years now. When I first started with them I was positively surprised at the quality and the value that was offered.
