Our Trainer Julie was excellent at presenting the techniques and equipment for both CPR and First aid. I learnt a lot and understood after having the opportunity to use the equipment and ask questions.I enjoyed the training very much.Thank you

I had amazing experience with our trainer Julie.It’s almost 10 years I renew my CPR yearly, but she proofed still we can learn lots of the trainers put her/his passion in the job.Her class management was absolutely in high level and it help us to learn much more than expectations.

It was a great experience being one of the participants in Australia Wide First Aid training. Speaker Grace was very friendly,accommodating and comprehensible. The place was very comfy for all that we can move freely. My co participants were very active in all the activities and all of us really did a good job as we understood all the topics. Grace is very efficient, effective and excellent speaker. Thank you!

It would be better if you did smaller classes. Oh! And tell those attending your Joondalup class, that they're held in a hotel conference room and Not a physical address. I nearly missed the start of my course, despite being 20 minutes early.

The very hands on approach was probably the best way the course has been run to me , very practical which I think is going to stick with me more than 5 hrs of slides which won’t sink in !

3rd time i have done my first aid through AWFA. Great course, the trainer was knowledgeable and friendly, i only did cpr this time, but it was informative and explained well.

What an incredible facilitator. Direct, focussed, succinct, calm, and friendly, but in control, knowledgeable and approachable.I would recommend them to anyone. A fabulous 3rd rehash.
