Shocking! I visited with a gift voucher I'd received as a gift. I don't often take time out for myself, so after taking my time to make the perfect treatment choice, I had decided to go with the Anti Aging Hydra restore facial. The therapist informed me that she was working by herself on that day. My treatment was disturbed when she needed to attend to customer/phone call. I had informed her that I had sensitive skin, when I let her know that the cleansing products were having a tingling effect on my skin she simply replied that my skin was dehydrated and continued on.She was also so heavy handed with the lotions that I got to sample a few mouthfuls also. This was followed on by a very abrasive scrub. The treatment was disturbed again with the full fluorescent lights beaming on my face, while she tried to talk me into purchasing further treatments - namely a peel. I was unaware of what this actually entailed and was therefore resistant, her spoken English was so poor and it was difficult to decipher whether she understood that I didn't want any further treatments. This was stressful. the lights were again turned off and she continued to rub lotions into my face and then clean them off again. A hot towel was put over my face, it smelled unpleasant, and i began to panic thinking of all the bacteria that could be lurking and being transferred to my skin. Immediately after the treatment"

I got a 2 person Groupon deal for my mum and I. It included 45min glycolic microdermabrasion treatment, Lash and brow makeover, Pedicure, 30-minute aromatic massage. They didn't even have the proper machine to do the microdermabrasion but instead did a 10min facial with a exfoliant to harsh for anyone's skin. If the massage lasted 15 min I would be surprised. I am blonde so when doing the eyebrow tinting for the first time I specifically asked for the closest colour to my natural brows and (remembering my eyebrows are light light brown) she gave me dark brown. The pedicure was awful! They have the worst selection you could possibly imagine. The girl cut my toenails to short causing in a small infection. The lash dye got in my eyes. The wax was to hot when waxing my brows. She did them to far apart even though I told her not to. They charged us an extra mystery $12 on top for no reason. This entire experience was supposed to last about 1 hour 45mins but instead lasted less than an hour and felt rushed the entire time. They even did a few things at once such as the pedicure and tinting. Two thing that should have been done separately. Probably causing the mistakes in both. In conclusion, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I do NOT recommend at all. I will never ever go here again.

I received a text message the night before my spray tan appointment, cancelling. I was going to Bali the day after and pleaded for them to fit me in as it only takes 15 mins! An outright no was the reply. Very unhappy with my experience and would NOT revommended this business.

I visited this place with 4 friends. We had bought the Head to Toe Pamper package from Scoopon. I was very disappointed with the service I was provided. The girl who was working on me was nice however seemed inexperienced to me.The Head to Toe package included a back massage,microdermabrasion,pedicure,eye brow wax shape & lash tint.During the massage I could feel the girls long finger nails digging into my skin. Although not very much painful it was still quite uncomfortable and I thought it was unprofessional to have it in the first place especially if you massage for a job.The eyebrow wax was too hot and I stopped her to make her aware, but instead of checking temperature with me for the next one, she just applied it on.After the wax I wasn’t even shown what my eyebrow looked like nor my face after microdermabrasion. No wonder because my eyebrow didn’t look any different to when I went in(shape wise-however later fixed by owner) and there was still a piece of wax left on top of my eyebrow which I peeled off after getting dressed. Whilst getting the facial I was getting pedicure too done at the same time while lying down. The last coat of nail polish was applied and straight after I was told “All done, I’ll leave you to get dressed now”. I was dumbfounded that this so called professional would do this. I expected everything would be done well however it wasn’t the case for me. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.NEVER AGAIN for me.
