The Woodlands, Harrington Grove

My wife and I got married here in April. It was the perfect venue. The greenery of the grounds was just superb for a back drop. It was so lovely to see our guests enjoying drinks, canapes, lawn games and each other's company while we were having our photos. The function room is an awesome space and our decorators smashed it out of the park with their design of the room. Everything turned out just as we had envisaged. Thank you to Felicia and all staff for making our special day so special.

Beautiful venue especially the amphitheatre. Although for our wedding it was pouring so we had our ceremony on the balcony and it was still so beautiful. The staff at The Woodlands goes above and beyond for you. They answered every question and were very accommodating. You're in great hands when you hold your events at The Woodlands.

I had my wedding here in February 2022. The experience with the events executive Felicia was so great, no task was too hard and she was so helpful and responsive to emails. On the day the team were so friendly and welcoming and allowing us to explore the venue for photo choices. Management was always close by and able to assist with any problems we may have had. Would definitely recommend them for your next venue

A beautiful venue! We got married here in November 2022 and can confidently say the staff were all so amazing and made the whole process so stress free. The food was delicious, all our guests kept complimenting the food! Thank you for hosting our wedding and being a part of our special day. Beautiful place to get married!We were very impressed and happy with the service provided by Woodlands both in the lead up to and on the day of our wedding! We absolutely loved the bushland backdrop for our outdoor ceremony and the function room was just as special with so much natural light and greenery views through the big glass doors. The catering and bar was tailored to our exact wishes and the staff on the night were so accommodating.The events staff were easy to work with, contactable and took the time to understand our vision and help us make it happen, esp in the short timeframe we had !Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a function room for any occasion, but especially a wedding.

The Team at The Woodlands Harrington Grove have been so amazing when we had our wedding there last 17th of December 2021. Therese & Felicia made sure that they've got all the details right, double checked with our vendors, and ensured that everything is set for our wedding day, which went smoothly without any issues. Emily & Chef Abhi from the F&B Team provided the best service & food that our guests keep commending about. We had Arancini & Octopus for Entrees, Barramundi & Beef for Mains, and Chocolate Ganache & Apple Tart for desserts. 100% will recommend them for any special occasion. Thank you guys!!!

We had a small wedding ceremony here in January 2022. The entire process with the Woodlands was so easy as we were trying to organise from interstate. We never saw the venue in person until the day before but the pictures represented it perfectly. Beautiful and green with surrounding trees and bush that look lovely in photos. Felicia and the team were so kind and lovely to work with in the lead-up.Our day was a bit rainy and wet so we had our ceremony on the balcony which had a beautiful view over the greenery below.

The Woodlands has been incredible in providing us excellent service during our wedding. From the first visit to check out the place, we felt that it was the perfect place for us to be married. Therese Smith was really helpful and welcoming from start to finish despite having only two (2) months to prepare for it. She explained everything we need to know and answered all our questions, both face to face and online, with a warm smile. The place is elegant by itself and we didn't have to decorate that much. After the wedding, we received a lot of great feedback from our guests regarding the venue, food, and the overall service.Overall, we recommend The Woodlands for your next event!

We celebrated my mother's 80th at Woodlands in March just before lockdown. Woodlands were professional and had in place covid safe practices such as spacing of guests at tables, sanitiser and social distancing. We felt very looked after. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. Very pleased we booked our event there
