I love dropping my teenage son off to Heart Out, not only is he being taught by some amazing people- those people also have become family to him, role model and it’s somewhere where he can blow steam, gain skills & do it with people who sincerely care for him. It’s also value for money.

Can't recommend this gym highly enough. It's very friendly and people of all skill levels are all welcome. There is nothing better than punching and kicking pads at the end of the day. This is the best way to get and stay fit.

Amazing group of professional instructors. They are all a wealth of knowledge and are willing to share it. Family atmosphere and everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended for the whole family.

Signed up for 3 months, they continued to direct debit the payment for several months after, I requested a refund as I had not attended past 3 months, his wife refused to give a refund. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful, supportive family atmosphere, dedicated trainers. It's a REAL gym!
