First shop I went to when I moved from QLD to Victoria both John and Paul have been nothing but helpful and pleasant. Have bought and transferred firearms through them with nothing but positive service. They didn't have want I needed on some occasions but we're happy to recommend other stores which did. Always happy to get products in if they don't have. Communication can't be faulted. always respond to my emails in a timely manner. Take my kids with me on occasions and they always say hello to them. Would recommend to anyone.Harvey

John & his father were both polite & helpful. I purchased a used gun which I bought over the phone. John’s description was perfect and the gun was exactly as described. Easy parking was a bonus and all in all I’m quite pleased with my purchase. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I have been dealing with Paul for well over 30 years and have known John since he was a school boy. They have always been pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. Both are extremely experienced and knowledgeable about their products and their industry. I have both sold and bought firearms from them and have no complaints about their service at all.

Very friendly, fast and efficient service. I bought a shot gun at a good price over the phone late Thursday arvo and it arrived at my local dealer's shop on Monday, exactly as John promised. Couldn't ask for more !!
