Mrs Claus Christmas Kingdom

The owners of this shop are absolutely horrendous they stalk children to see if they are touching anything or to see if people are stealing, even when you enter this horrible store you can tell by the signs all over the shop that they are over the top and dramatic about the kids staying far away from the ornaments. We have been to this place before and have noticed that they stalk us around which makes us feel uncomfortable, but this time was way worse as they were always asking if we needed help and tried to not make it obvious but it was clearly stated that they were checking to see what we were doing. I would definitely recommend to not go here. Absolutely horrible customer service and makes you feel disrespected.

Staff on the floor were very helpful and lovely, however the staff/owners behind the til at the front were extremely rude. I was told by one of the nice staff members helping us, to be sure on what I wanted as their policy is no refunds, no exchanges, no store credits and no change of mind.When I got to the front to process my order, there were a few things I decided not to go with as I was not 100% on them and knew I couldn't exchange, if it didn't look good or fit on the tree. The older man, laughed and rolled his eyes when I asked to leave a couple of baubles. I made comment that due to their strict no change of mind policy I wanted to be sure of what I bought and he said (rudely with a tone) well maybe you should have been sure before bringing everything to the checkout while I'm putting it through".... I worked here as an elf and it was an absolute amazing experience.The owners are lovely to work for and I have total respect for them.It was such a pleasure to come to work in their magical Christmas wonderland.The only reason I left is because I got a full time job elsewhere otherwise I definitely would be still there.

Absolutely disgusting owners , visited this store the week before it shut and the owners treat the staff like childrenIt was a chilly Saturday morning so I was wearing a jumper and trackies and literally got followed around the store like I was a thief, and I’ve never stolen in my lifeI literally work fifo so I don’t need to stealThe owner Joy talks about spreading the joy of Christmas but Christmas is supposed to be exciting but she makes Christmas feel sad and miserableShe’s the Grinch with no heart and doesn’t deserve to own a Christmas shop and needs to learn how to treat customers and staff like actual human and not like pets or bottom class citizensWill never visit again

A few things:1) Staff were nice enough, although the guy at the entrance was watching YouTube on his phone and looked like he'd rather be anywhere else.2) The literal ruleset for being in the store is ridiculous. Understandable a store doesn't want their stock damaged, but there are signs all over reminding you. If it's so valuable, invest in locked cabinets.3) Pricing is wrong, paid more than what was advertised - didn't realise until we got home, and it wasn't an issue, but it may be for more expensive items.4) The store open times are incorrect on Google.It was fine, felt too pressured to not damage anything to enjoy it - probably won't return. Don’t visit this place. I worked here and the owners Joy and Zane are very abusive towards their staff. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I need to spread awareness. I was yelled at in front of customers on the daily and was humiliated. I’ve also witnessed them being very rude to customers, and they were left unhappy and shocked at the service. It’s supposed to be a happy Christmas shop but they are miserable and don’t appreciate hard work. Any future employees don’t bother applying they make your life a living hell. No wonder they have so many staff coming in and out. It should be illegal how abusive and racist they are. Don’t support this business.

I have never written a bad review before but I just can't stay silent on this. The owner was rude, intolerant and ignorant of how children typically behave. To own a Christmas store and expect children to behave like adults in her store is beyond ridiculous. She shouted at the kids and scolded them for having fun in the store. Isn't that the point? Nothing was damaged and there was absolutely no reason for her to behave in this manner, other than a complete lack of understanding children.We went to support a local business and it literally ended in tears for the kids and adults involved.What a horrible experience. Don't waste your time, money or good cheer on this store. Find another local business that isn't rude to its customers to support. That's what we did next!Update:As a point of education, I've added a photo to this post. I hope it helps Mrs Claus develop some empathy this year. Every child deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

On her website Mrs Claus says she “believes in creating memories that will last a lifetime”. Well I can guarantee you won’t forget a visit to her shop.Firstly, the owners openly dislike children. Every child is viewed with suspicion and is deemed guilty by virtue of entering the shop. Don’t bother asking for help because you’ll get your head bitten off. There are unfriendly signs everywhere clearly written with the distilled essence of bitterness and disdain.Most people are willing to pay a bit more for products in a store which provides excellent service and an unforgettable experience. Many families go here expecting the magic of Christmas but instead leave, often in tears, having faced off with Satan herself.If you do decide to go, please take an emotional support person with you.

Cant say I'm surprised that there is no one in your store and all the shelves are fully stocked... the store and its owners are the antithesis of Christmas! They were rude, no photos (trust me no one is taking photos to steal ideas for the cheap imports that you put a 400% mark up on lol), and the entire place reeked of everything here is for show and not to be enjoyed". It was like being in your mean aunts home who only puts things up to impress her church friends ... will not be returning

Visited this amazing shop for the 1st time today, A really lovely older Elf" greeted us at the door and we walked into a Christmas Wonderland
