Jonathan was my Personal Trainer a year before I joined with his DIYPT online gym.Jonathan was working as a PT in the same gym I was attending several years ago. Jonathan has helped me to overcome my shoulder injury (broken rotator cuff) on my both arms without having to have surgery on it which was scheduled to happen later in the year. My Doctor was surprised with the progress I made and couldn’t believe that I recovered and didn’t need surgery!I joined Jonathan’s DIYPT online gym during COVID in November 2020. I am happily continuing with the program to date because it has provided me with good health benefits.I had high cholesterol level and issues with my blood pressure levels before I started the program. I have managed to bring my cholesterol level and blood pressure level to normal levels following the training sessions in the program without using the medications that have been recommended by the medical professionals. And also, I am enjoying good general health and good physical fitness.The specialty of the DIYPT online program is that the workouts are all live, my membership comes with all the equipment I need to do the workouts and I’m able to do it in the comfort of my home program. The instructors are able to directly see your performance in the live sessions and able to provide you with any advice that you may require for achieving the maximum benefits of the session. They may even provide alternative exercises that may suits to your age, physical ability or succeed your intended fitness expectations.At the present DIPTY is running twelve different workout types during the week, from 6.00AM in the morning to 7.00PM in the night. You can choose your sessions to suit your fitness goals at the best time available with you during the day.Based on my experience, I highly recommend DIYPT online gym to anybody else who is seeking a fitness solution to succeed in their general health and physical fitness requirements.

Being part of the DIYPT community has been an amazing experience for me. I have been with DIYPT from the very beginning and I can tell you they have helped me greatly improve my fitness, health and well-being. Being a mum of four children means I have limited time to do my workouts; but the online classes, scattered throughout the day, nutrition support with Trinh and ease of communication with Jono really helped me to achieve my goals. I'm not generally the type to regularly weigh myself and count my weight, but I definitely felt my clothes fitting better which gave me a boost of confidence. The thing I love most about DIYPT is the supportive community of members and also the overall friendliness of Jono and Trinh and also their trainer Effie! From the very beginning I have recommended plenty of friends and its great to see them all succeed in their fitness goals as well. Keep up the great work DIYPT!

DIYPT is a great online fitness program developed by JR. Trinh and JR are very passionate and dedicated to helping those with busy schedules still lead a healthy and happy lifestyle. The online platform allows us to connect with so many others and create strong bonds with other members. DIYPT is not just a workout regime, it is a community where you know you’re being looked after holistically.

DIYPT Trinh, Jono and the team have been instrumental in transforming my bad and inconsistent health routines in particular my diet. As years went by since finishing high school, I notice my health habits were declining, becoming less fit, binge eating and my energy relied strongly on coffee and energy drinks to stay on top of my work. I would go through a vicious cycle of “trying to be healthy” for a few weeks then crash to bad habits. But with DIYPT I strong believe I’ve finally cracked the code and ended that vicious cycle.-DIYPT’s online classes has made exercise so readily accessible from your own lounge room. This means despite how full my day/night can be, you can always squeeze in class! Importantly, DIYPT point of difference is Trinh, the expert nutrition coach at your service. Together with Trinh, she educates me on nutrition, tailors a meal plan and helps me immensely in being accountable on a weekly basis.-I feel the strongest ever physically and mentally although the journey has only just begun. Since having my children and working a full time job, I always found it difficult to make time to go to the gym but since joining DIYPT, I am able to work out in the comfort of my own home. I'm able to squeeze in a quick 20 minute workout with all the equipment provided and not have to worry about where my children are. The trainers are amazing and make the sessions fun and exciting. I would definitely recommend DIYPT to anyone looking for a program to fit in with there busy lifestyles.

Diypt has turned out to be the best for my lifestyle.I appreciate the frustrations that are no longer part of my morning routine, like planning around who stays with the kids while I’m away for gym or stressing about a parking spot while still in the car!!I enjoy the very vibrant online community that Trinh and Jono have created, added with a special touch of meetups every now and then during the year, I love those!!!I’ve achieved my health goals in record time with them so absolutely give them a go!!

I have now been part of the DIYPT for over 4 months and I am so grateful for Jono and Trinh. I’ve never been someone who “enjoys” working out, however since joining this family I’ve thoroughly looked forward to my classes. Both Jono and Trinh genuinely care for my health & wellbeing and constantly check in to ensure that my fitness goals are on track.
