Beautiful fresh Vietnamese chicken rolls! So fresh and delicious, gorgeous sauce, fabulous bun. Plus the pastry sweets are flaming amazing. You can tell a French trained pastry cook! Love, love!!

Ida and Adam are very down to earth and lovely people. Their story goes way back from baking in New Zealand to Sydney and now settling in Ballina. Their pastries are all made in store with lots of hard work and dedication. Once you eat one of their pastries or bread, you can tell that they consist of only fresh and top quality ingredients. You don’t get pies or susage rolls as big as these ones often, I guarantee that.For me, it’s hard to find bakeries and stores that make in house FRESH cream desserts as I am not a fan of canned cream. However, at this bakery my cravings are always satisfied.It’s hard to be fooled by the exterior of the store, but one shouldn’t judge a book by its cover and here the same principle applies. If you’re around the area, stop by and have a small snack from this humble bakery and you will not be disappointed.

This place is a gem! The outside/interior is pretty plain so you may pass by without a second glance, but that would be a mistake. After a week of fish/chips, the chicken banh mi roll was delightful. Nice and fresh, lovely pickled veggies and tasty sauce. I also tried the lamington and apple turnover with cream. Both were delicious! The lamington was perfectky light and spongy, and the turnover was nice and flakey and not overly sweet. The owner said all pastries are made fresh in house. You can definitely tell. Great pricing as well!

BBQ Pork roll was incredible

This place has outstanding Banh mi and coffee! Must try if you are in Ballina!

Good quality. I got really delicious birthday cakes from here in the past. But you need to order ahead.
