These guys are awesome!Having initially attended there as an out of hours emergency, and expecting our guinea pigs to be put down, they were reassuring from the outset - and that was the reception staff.The vet, Sebastian, was amazing, and spoke to me in detail using layman’s terms - he even printed out a bunch of information for us to take home with us.Our follow up appointment was with Jo, and she was just as lovely. She was so thorough in her examination, and yet was so gentle, and understanding, even wrapping our little piggy in a towel to give her somewhere to hide when the examination was too much.We have definitely found our new vet.

Amazing range of pet supplies, accessories and food. Lots of pet shops only do pet supplies and accessories so it is refreshing to see the wonderful array of animals in the store.

I took my Bunny Achro there for the first time. Due to covid rules we couldn't go inside. But wow Dr Vella was fantastic. Great phone consultation explained everything to me. Looked after my bunny. Thorough vet check. Reception very helpful. Great price. Highly recommend thank you. Heather and Achro 5 stars for sure xx

I took my bunny in at around 2am. I didn't think she would make the morning, on arrival the nurse told me she had floppy bunny syndrome and that it was treatable; I will never forget the relief from hearing that. They saved my bunnies life. I've since had several visits and am always impressed with the care provided. David and the team are amazing. I can not recommend highly enough and feel the prices are very fair for ther level of care they provide.

I'd like to write a special thank you to Dr Cathy for being an amazing and attentive vet for my fish Cheeky. There are not many vets for goldfish and Dr Cathy was a wonderful help, her consult was very detailed, and she was very sweet. She also kindly showed me how to inject medication into my fish and gave me helpful animal husbandry tips for the future. A 10/10 service; if you have a sick fish I would highly recommend Dr Cathy. Thank you again!

I'm a volunteer with the Rabbit Sanctuary, tonight we had a bunny go into stasis who needed to see an emergency vet!The team at Sydney Exotics vet took him in instantly into the consult room and within 5 minutes we had Dr Eugene attend to bunny Palo.Dr Eugene was very thorough with his analysis of Palo, checking every aspect of his body (something I had not experienced before).He was kind and gentle with the bunny and you could tell his main priority was to make sure Palo was as stress free as possible.I was thoroughly impressed!!This is an amazing team !Thank you Dr Eugene!!!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR BE LOVED PET. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY120$ CONSULTATION FEE WITHOUT MEDICATION for a little bunny which is a useless advice as the doctor couldn’t diagnose the problem that your bunny is having, they will try to suck all of your money to make them rich. The bunny doctor also have attitude towards you when your pet is dying. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR PER BUT MONEY.All of the stuff that they sold in their store are over priced you can buy online for much cheaper. I drove 1h30mins to come here just to watch my bunny died! Never ever take your bunny to this place. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGER. 1600$ for 24hours care

Nice caring vets, you can tell they love what they do. The lobby is clean and spacious for all animals, bit pricey but worth it for your pets :)
