On Holidays here in Hervey Bay…we’ll Timezone just doesn’t have games for kids,,,, tonight 21/12/22 8pm it had for service ,TWEEDLE DEE & TWEEDLE DUM, Thick as Mud Bricks… you would have more of a chance driving nails in 1 inch steel…. then getting through to these poor sheeple anywayThe place is ok … that’s with a small k,because it’s only just ok…

We went time zone hervey bay with my boys and Monique and her staffs were very friendly, supporting and did their best to give a great experience to my boys. Monique's customer service was exceptional and many sales people in hervey bay should learn from her what will be a good customer service. Thank you Monique and team for above nd beyond service in our last visit.

Worst Timezone ever and we’re platinum members. Everyone is rude. They don’t swap your wins over like every other time zone does. They don’t shuffle the machine. They don’t process your card top ups instantly. They’re rude because they know they’re the only one around. I’d rather sit in the rain than be here.

Recently had my sons 9th Birthday party there and it was a big hit with all the kids. Shayla was our wonderful party host and made everything so easy. She interacted well with all the kids and made sure none of them were left out. Highly recommend having a child’s birthday at Timezone and having Shayla as your party host :)

I had my son birthday party at Timezone and we had best experience ever. The kids had so much fun playing game and the adults had fun playing laser game with kids. And thank you to the party host he did a great job. I'll be booking my daughter party at Timezone next year.

We had my daughter's birthday party at Timezone Hervey Bay last weekend, and it was awesome! Everything ran so smootly and easily, me and hubby were actually able to join in and have fun! A special shout-out to our party host Savannah. She was so professional, organised, kind and helpfull. She was on top of everything, always making sure everyone was running smoothly and everyone was having fun. Would definitely recommend having your next kids party here! And I would doubly recommend Savannah as a party host.
