We had a mix of new and repair on a fence - not easy as we were matching a 30 year old fence. I liked James' approach - he was considered, careful (we discovered services where they were not expected) and did a very neat and professional job. His communication was always good and he was always on time. He was very pleasant to work with and thought about what he was going to do. James was a true professional throughout the entire process. He arrived to quote as arranged, provided professional insights on the process and materials required for the job, and delivered the finished product on time! James has incredible attention to detail and an amazing work ethic. He actually cares about the finished outcome which we appreciated. We are in Mount Eliza and the picket fence James built us was over 80 metres long. We live in a reasonable high traffic area and we receive positive comments on the quality of the job regularly. James did an excellent job with our fencing. From start to finish he was knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. He made a complicated situation much easier to navigate. His quote was competitive and detailed, plus the site was cleared afterwards.

We had been struggling to get someone to replace our back fence for a long time. We would contact fencing contractors but would either receive no response or they would just not turn up to the arranged appointment time. James arrived when he said he would to look at our fence and he provided us with a quote the same day. We accepted James' quote and we arranged a date for the fencing works to be undertaken. James contacted us the day prior, he arrived at our property when he said he was going to, completed the works in a timely manor, took away our old fence and left the site clean and tidy. James also provided us with a lot of good information that we were not aware of that will help us keep our fence in good condition for longer. We found James to be helpful, professional and reliable.

James was excellent to deal with. Whilst he wasn't the cheapest quote we got, his was most certainly the thorough, and any questions we had were not a problem to answer. He kept you informed of what the progress was, his workmanship was excellent and he had a structured process, and got the job done in the timeframe he said he would, and if he thought we would benefit by altering something, he would mention it so we could discuss. Even better, he cleaned up as he went, so the site was always neat and tidy. James approaches his work as though it is his own place he is working on, and this results is a fantastic outcome.
