I bought 6 bags of mulch. They charged me $42. I didnt take the receipt as I trust them. When I back home and found the bag is written $6. I called up and check with them. They told me the price is gone up. I belived this is the old stock, if not why the price written $6! They don't do special anymore. Maybe they changed ownership. They asked me to go back and change the cheaper one. It is wasting time and now petrol is not cheap. That’s not worth to go back. I would rather to go to somewhere else.

I spoke to someone there that someone recommended from Perth reptiles they have a huge supply and often have rats and mice on a Tuesday after 1pm recommend to be there on time they sell quick.

It's a shame when a business changes ownership you would like to think the new owners would adopt the service and friendly attributes but guess what all wrong and from what l can gather the new owners all think we are a walk up and in no time they will find out that the business isn't as great as when the previous owners were operating such a courteous and friendly service.

I visited for the first time this week, I found the young lady to be very polite, friendly & engaging without pressure.I felt the service was old school family service, loved it! Meaning, they helped take things out to your car & had a pleasant demeanour.They had a huge selection of pet products, Prime was at a great price!Shark cartilage had large meaty sizes perfect for my large breed dog & also at a great price,Thank you,We will be back!!

I usually find it really difficult to find bulk, nutritious food for my alpacas. The staff were incredibly helpful in going through options with me, but their wide variety of stock for all pets (big and small) allowed for me to shop not only for my beloved alpacas but all my other pets. I will definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends :)

Great family business - cheerful staff and the stock they have is all at really good prices.I've been going to them for a lot of years now, even when they used to have their store on Northlake Rd, and that was 'years ago' now.
