They absolutely could not care less about my issue or who they use as a courier after I found out may kids Christmas Present had been delayed by 2 weeks, will never purchase anything from them again, It is quicker to order from the US NBA store.The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them zero

Went to the store to return items I bought online unfortunately didn’t have a receipt must of gone to trash but you can tell it was from the store as it had the statewide tags. They refused to exchange. I will never go to this store again. So many stores have been understanding but definitely not this one. Such a shame because I have 4 boys and spent lots of money here!

Dan and the team have been amazing to work with... approachable, professional and helpful when looking at different solutions.
