Great place to workout, the trainers and the members are fantastic, you will definitely work up a sweat and make some new friends! For those who struggle to motivate themselves or enjoy working out with others, this is the place for you. Caters for every fitness level, It’s like having a personal trainer, without the hefty price tag.

The place is spacious with pleasing ambiance. The coaches love their job and spend time with the members to improve the technique and rectifying mistakes that we often make, knowingly or unknowingly. The routines are comfortable and yet they provide a decent workout. It is quite enjoyable to workout at this gym!

Ben, Steph, Sam & Anastasia, have been absolutely phenomenal throughout my experience at F45 Mt Waverley.They are one welcoming & positive team who are more the happy to take the time to guide their clients with everything they need. Before you know it, you’ll feel apart of the family, with silly antics & a tad of comic relief.But don’t be fooled, they will push you to your limits and assure you are getting your workout done at its best.Highly recommend if you are looking to truly challenge your fitness goals.

This franchise is lucky they have a product that sells itself! The customer service is very lacking… I had to pursue them several times initially to get a membership. It is a bit expensive however the work out (product sold by F45) is great. I recommend this gym for convenience if you live near by and have extra time to chase their management/sales team and essentially do their job to sign up as a member.

I love training at F45 Mount Waverley. The trainers are so lovely, knowledgeable and motivating. Couldn’t think of a better way to start my day every morning. I am the fittest, happiest and healthiest I have ever been. Highly recommend :) Training at F45 has changed my life!

Hello Everyone, please think twice before joining this studio. I was a member here for over 18 months and finally cancelled my membership as I wanted to try something else with my wife. I gave them ample notice (4 weeks) and found out that they kept charging my credit card after the cancellation. I've been trying to get hold off them on mobile, Facebook messenger to get an refund and so far no luck. This is absolutely pathetic. I would not recommend this studio to anyone!!

Where do I start, F45 Mount Waverley is what I think about when I think of the perfect workout. You get awesome energy and knowledge from the trainers, they are eager to help and will to take the time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I never thought I would like to train" but F45 has completely changed my mind and transformed my body!!"

What sets this place apart is the atmosphere created and maintained by the trainers which feeds into your workout. I can't remember a session that I haven't had a laugh with one of the trainers, who don't just push you to your limits and correct your form, but who crack jokes and dance and sing along to the music. They will also insist that you can do better on every workout, and continue to do so until you prove them right.I've had great results since starting a few months ago, and I know that it is due in no small part to the patience and willingness to help of each trainer at F45 Mount Waverley. Would recommend it to anyone, no matter your level of fitness.
