Biggest scam extended car warranty they looting people's money for nothing. They will dig into find any reason to refuse the claim and mentioned as this is normal wear and tear.People you call from this company are rude and arrogant. They cover absolutely nothing, there is loopholes into everything So pathetic.I will recommend to stay away from them and also who uses this company you are being entirely ripped off. I'll take further action on this company for providing false information.

This has to be one of the biggest scams used by dealers to sell cars I have ever seen in my entire life. I recommend stay away from any dealer who uses this company you are being entirely ripped off.

My car is well serviced in dealer store. However, my car was found lifter may need to be replaced. Try to call and claim the warranty from this company via both myself and dealer store. Unfortunately, they always find excuse to reject it. What a shame!

Bough a car from a dealer a year ago with the extended warranty option, recently had few issues on the car, the mechanic took a look and processed with integrity warranty and the process got completed as smooth as possible.

Wish there was a option for 0 star and I wouldn’t even have hesitated to rate them. It is a scam warranty company who have contact with only selected mechanicians across Melbourne. They have internal tie up with these mechanicians, who send fake quotes regarding damaged car parts to them but still charge hefty dollars for repair. Don’t get tricked by them!

Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have issues with this company. Our Jeep Cherokee is covered with this company, but calling it covered is an absolute joke. Our 4WD is not working and we went to a mechanic to get a quote for it. First we were told that it would be covered. We payed 400$ to the mechanic to get that quote which we of course won’t get back as well. The insurance says that the damage is exterior, which is impossible, because the warning light just came on in the middle of the highway and we didn’t drive through water or anything. Also, we were using the 2WD at the time. Integrity (after three weeks) called us that they would only cover the reperations, if the damage happened interior. Honestly, this company tries to get out of everything, if you consider making an insurance with them, please, just don‘t. As I said, not the first time we had issues with them…
