They all are caring, attentive and dedicated to make your hair experience an unforgettable one. You feel like the most special customer ever... and it's because they believe you are!I recently had the Enlighten Holistic Head Spa and it was amazing! Not only was it pampering, relaxing and luxurious, it was also excellent for my scalp.Ray has trimmed / styled my hair a couple of times now. I love how he understands what I would like. and is ready to offer his suggestions as well. It is not hard to trust your hair to Ray because he is professional and listens.Ray, Claire and Tijan ~ make every visit so relaxing and enjoyable... thank you! Your salon has the most peaceful vibes ever! :)

I was booked the detox, destress and rejuvenate head spa treatment as a gift and it was the most incredible experience! Starting with a scalp analysis which is super interesting, and made me realise the importance of scalp care and how much we tend to neglect it! The treatment itself was so unique, it was extremely relaxing and the ultimate indulgence is having an your scalp and face massaged! Thank you so much for the treatment Claire :)

Love love love this salon. I have never been so impressed with everything that they do. We just moved to Cairns from Brisbane and I was trying to find a salon I can feel comfortable with and be happy with the services after I leave, have been very disappointed until I went here. Very professional, clean and has calming zen vibes. The best salon in Cairns I must say. You should go in and book yourself and you'll know exactly what I meant with the Zen part :) You're definitely in for a treat!

Amazing in every way! I've never enjoyed a hair salon enough to be a repeat customer, but Gao Mi has changed me. The whole team are so kind, welcoming and genuine. The salon is beautiful and cosy. I always leave with a big smile on my face (and some great new music recommendations).

I was an out-of-town client booked into Gao-Mi for a Blowout and Makeup as a Wedding guest. From the moment I arrived I couldn't have had a better experience. The salon is stunning and the service provided truly exceeded expectations. Both Tijan (Hair) and Claire (Makeup) hit the mark perfectly on the briefs provided. Wonderful experience, would absolutely recommend!
