Went in today to upgrade my phone had to wait but that wasn't the issue...... putting everything through.... getting excited for new phone and cheaper plan to then get told your credit isn't allowing you.... I felt so degraded so I rang telstra from carport guys who had a new fn phone coming..... the online lady was the best I've spoken to why go in even they're better online never go back

Went to sign up for new phone $3,200 worth. Sales assistant was new and had no idea and after 15 minutes of frustration I asked a senior person to take over which was very rudely refused. Walked out and into optus next door, lovely service there. Am now transferring all my telstra services across to optus..as a telstra shareholder these things sicken me.

Ordered and paid for a Samsung Galaxy S21 22 days ago. Still waiting! Store manager promised to call me this afternoon. No Call.I called them and left three messages to call back. Did they? No of course not! NOT HAPPY JAN!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.

I visited this store after many frustrating hours on the phone and chat to Telstra Online and was told that my mobile service would be out of action for 3-5 business days as my plan had been changed by the online chat without my request. Jamie and Amy had it fixed within an hour as well as a follow-up issue. Very professional and prompt service. I will now be doing all my Telstra business direct with them. Well done guys!!

Bought a new phone here recently, so not a very frequent event. Young staff member I had was terrific - really knew his stuff and was very competent with transferring me from one hand set to the new.Moved all my data, even put on a screen protector.I was pleasantly surprised, and actually enjoyed the experience. Whether I have the best deal in town is another story, but not everything is about dollars.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unpleasant experience I had at your Victor harbor Telstra stores. On the 24th of June I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a new, high-end smart watch. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with one of your employees left me with a negative impression of your establishment and a firm decision to take my business elsewhere.Upon entering the store, I approached a young woman who offered assistance. I kindly asked if I could purchase the $900 smart watch, only to be informed that it was unavailable due to the staff being too busy. I found this explanation rather perplexing, as there was still almost an hour left until closing time. However, what truly compounded my dissatisfaction was the employee's demeanor and attitude towards me.Throughout our conversation, she displayed rudeness and a smirk, which made me feel disrespected and belittled. Even when I expressed my willingness to wait for the purchase, she seemed to derive some sort of perverse pleasure from denying me the opportunity. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior from someone representing your company.To my astonishment, upon passing by the store later, I noticed the same employee idly standing around, seemingly with nothing urgent to attend to. This only added to my disappointment, as it became apparent that her claim of being too busy was either unfounded or selectively applied.As a result of this unpleasant encounter, I have made the decision to abstain from purchasing anything from that particular Telstra store, and I will also discourage my family members from doing so. I believe that any establishment should value its customers and strive to provide exemplary service, especially when considering the potential revenue loss due to negative experiences.I sincerely hope that you take my complaint seriously and address the issue promptly. No customer should be subjected to such rude treatment, especially when they are ready and willing to make a significant purchase. I trust that you will investigate the matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that my feedback helps improve the customer experience at your Telstra store.

Unbelievable —— Was left waiting for at least 10 minutes before the older male staff member eventually acknowledged I was there. Was rude and unhelpful. He needs some serious customer service training ! The young staff have always been amazing and should be commended for their professionalism. This same staff member will be helpful if you want to buy a phone! but won’t respond to any calls or emails when you require a quick after service question.
