Red Hot Chilli Pepper Cooking School

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent Tapas Course. Vicki is an informative and entertaining cookery course leader. I learnt new skills, and was able to follow the clearly-delivered instructions and recipes well enough, even though I don’t normally follow recipes! ;-) I was paired with a very nice lady and we cooked together. There was a tea break halfway through, and the morning’s cooking culminated in a delicious sit-down lunch, with good conversations all round. I shall happily do another course in the future.BTW: the fact that the classes take place in a commercial kitchen at Golden Beach Primary School means there was lots of parking available on a Saturday morning. Also, as Vicki doesn’t have to pay all the associated commercial kitchen running costs seven days a week, herself, she is able to keep cookery class prices at a reasonable level. This class was every bit as fun and professional as other classes that I have done at more elite cooking schools on the Sunshine Coast, where much higher rates are charged. Go do a Saturday morning’s cooking class with Vicki soon! Treat yourself; it’s worth it and you deserve it!

Booking was easy. We chose the Moroccan class and were delighted with the organisation and comfortable feel of the group. The food was easy to make and was a delicious end to the class. Highly recommend Vicki, she is knowledgeable, clear in her delivery, organised and friendly.

The smell is divine coming from this shop, and you cannot walk past without stopping. It has everything anyone could possibly want in the herbs and spices range plus more! It also has many other products you just want to try and if you dont know how to use/cook them there is always someone there to explain them. Just love this shop!

Well organised, the shop is well stocked and clearly laid out. The Spice blending class was superb. Easy to understand, hands on and excellent value. Vicki is very knowledgeable and a confident interesting presenter. We enjoyed this class very much and the food was brilliant.

4 friends cooked up a beautiful feast with the helpful Vicki. We picked up some useful tips and really enjoyed the dishes we cooked and had a fabulous time along the way. Our families love the Moroccan dishes that we have made since then.

Wow!! just discovered this little shop. I was overcome by the aromas, colours, music and products it was like a total experience. The lady that runs the store was so knowledgeable on so many products and how to use the product. Thank you for your customer service and advice this was really a great little find!!

We greatly enjoyed Vicki's Indian and Sri Lankan cooking class. The recipes were simple enough that we were able to cook everything without feeling rushed. We'll definitely be making several of the dishes again at home. And everything came together into a delicious lunch at the end.Vicki is a great host and teacher, providing anecdotes, advice and encouragement, while keeping everyone on track.It's also great to be able to buy a wide selection of spices and spice kits from the Red Hot Chilli Pepper range at the course venue.

My partner cooked me the best roast veggies of my life with a mix she got from this establishment.The staff are always so warm, helpful and welcoming.10/10

Wow. Walked pass the store and remarked that I couldn't find a HOT SAUCE in Isa. It just so happened that the owner was behind me delivering some Fermented Carolina Reaper Chilli Sauce and invited me in to try it. Delicious. Bought a bottle (all you need) and some chilli jam. Great experience. Thank you

I have been visiting Red Hot Chilli Pepper for a few years now and I absolutely love the range of products, plus the awesome advice and knowledge of Vicki Taylor. They now offer cooking classes which are so much fun and so well worth doing. I attended the Persian Cooking class and loved it. Highly recommend.
