Customer Service Great.Windows work as windows should.Contractors who actually install the product, cannot time manage, double book or wrongly book time slots, then expect the customer to pay the cost of taking time out of their day/work to meet their arrangements. Never have I experienced so much stress with an unorganised company. No apologies provided, just want to know that you will alter your day around them.

Very close to a 5-star review (a small distance to achieve perfection!). The office staff and installers are very professional and helpful, and I would recommend them IF you have a noise intrusion problem that is suitable for their system. I would recommend an acoustic engineer assessment if you have any doubts (may be covered by City Council if you live in Adelaide CBD).
