Visited the small store to discuss buying a new recliner chair and met Jason. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and well skilled in customer service. I sat in a chair and viewed several swatches of fabric and colour. The choice was easy, I decided on a chair and fabric and waited 6 weeks for delivery. The chair arrived and looked great. Jason also took away my old recliner - no extra charge. Only a small store but BIG service with an excellent attitude and product. Recommend.
