Staff are completely unwelcoming, had the manager have a go at me for my dog standing next to me as my hands were full from fixing one of THIER shelves that wasn’t put on properly and all the stuff fall off when I took the bag of food below holding the shelf up.Having shopped exclusively at PETstock Bennetts green for the past 2 1/2 years for their outstanding customer service and friendly staff. this place should be removed from the franchise

Staff are ALWAYS extremely helpful and VERY informative! They really do know their stuff! Always welcoming when you enter, and everything is easily placed to make your shopping easier! 10/10 awesome people who work here!

Staff are always friendly and helpful with a great range of products. Haven't used it but the have self service dog washing bays outside the store and I believe they do in house pet grooming

The people are rude and not understanding. They made me feel unwelcome. I have a pup that wasn’t happy when she tried to fit a halter at my request. The way she approached the whole situation and spoke to me was unprofessional. I won’t go back there again. Petbarn at Coffs has better customer service and support I will shop there from now on.

Customer service is non existent. Policy not clearly provided at time of purchase.Purchased two fish, employee clearly had trouble getting one out of the tank and required assistance. We were clearly told they were cold water fish, they were in with goldfish.Slowly transitioned them into the tank at home. Clearly one was already struggling (later told it was stress). By the next morning one was dead and the other thriving. Returned to the shop and dealt with the rudest woman while the other two (who sold us the fish) scampered outside. Less than 24hrs and the rude woman said we would have to go and get a water sample and that the problem was we didn't have a heater. For a cold water fish????Patner left in annoyance as the person clearly was not prepared to offer any reasonable explanation as to how one is dead and one is alive. Maybe she doesn't know much about fish.Today I was told on the phone by Nicole that other lady was wrong about the type of fish it was. She acknowledged that Luke was having trouble getting the fish out of the tank, I asked if this could cause stress of course it could

Purchased a harness for my dog and only used it 5 times before it split down the side. Store manager refused to replace it and said head office offered no garrantee or warranty on any of its products. Stupid and short sighted attitude from a retailer
