Telstra Business Technology Centre Brisbane City

Businesses be very careful of the extremely expensive phone system leases this centre pushes. About 5 months ago, we finally completed the 60 month lease term (after paying for the phone system value 20 times over, mind you). We are now still trying to get a 'payout figure' from Telstra's partner 'capital finance' as per the agreement, however that is impossible. Capital Finance have no contact number for the 'vendor team' that deal with these lease agreements and they do not email back. So there is no way of actually communicating with them to cancel the lease. We just keep being billed by Telstra for the monthly rental of almost $200 a month, even though getting out of the agreement even after its expiry, is impossible.

By far the most stressful component of setting up my business. Basically once I signed my contract I could never get hold on anyone, they were in general dismissive ignoring me throning my call from here to there endlessly until I would run off time and call next day, I spent, literally, hours trying to get hold on someone and when someone could finally speak to me they would have no clue to what was going on. It is offensive, disrespectful treatment to a costumer. Shame on you Telstra and any subcontractors. You guys have no respect for those trying to create jobs and move the economy.

Telstra is the worst company in Australia. If I treated my customers like they do, I would be broke in a week.

Most useless bunch of people who can never get anything right

Its like ordering a pizza and they gave you a kebab or sushi. They're completely useless. No one here knows what they're doing.. 3 months of frustration and still counting and still no internet, no phone lines, nothing. Pathetic! How can we not complain to the ACCC about this but customers can push us small business around.

Had the pleasure of meeting Harry who sorted out my problems with my internet. I have never met anyone so interested in helping a customer with the upmost best service I have ever received. Thank you Harry!!

Very helpful and informative to set a Body Corporate business account for Sim card.Was told even with all the same info that a local Telstra store could not do it

Never in my life I thought this would be possible with Telstra.Can’t praise her enough, she’s a true gem and Telstra should honour her customer service skills! Absolutely rubbishI've been waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes only to be told they can't help me, the website can't help me so I'll just have to ring the customer service number and wait. Appalling! Thank goodness I'm with Amaysim - the best mobile company in Australia

What I just experienced was not customer service. No effort was made to find a solution to my issue. Disgraceful treatment compounded by lies when I called to voice my complaint.
