A good KFC with friendly staff offering quick customer service in the drive thru.There is plenty of seating in the dining area with Wheelchair access ♿ and parking available.I love the spicy sauce on the Zinger Stacker burger, it's delicious! This Burger will fill you up.The hot chips are thick cut and lightly salted and the gravy has plenty of flavour.I like the Tenders Meal Box and I'm glad I can add extra Wicked wings to compliment it.The Zinger Burger meal deal is good value too.I love the new Boneless chicken, it's crispy and tasty. I hope it stays on the menu.

Was legitimately scared that they would refuse to take my order at the counter now that there are self serve touch screens here but was pleasantly surprised I could still order in person.Thank you for not being completely like some McDonald's that turn you away.

Staff are too eager to talk over you when you use the drive through. Often leave items out of your order as they rush around and chat with each other. Always check what is in your bag once they hand it to you. They also are very quick to shut the drive through window on you , making it difficult to get their attention if you are missing anything.

Very fresh chicken, all though they had “no more chicken” when I came at 5:30pm, a bit odd.

I think this is my last visit. It's dirty and the tables are not very clean. Management needs to support its staff as local kids run amuck in the dining area.

Never have chicken ready. First time I went they had no chicken other then popcorn chicken and second time they didn’t have zinger fillets ready

Ordered a meal for takeaway and found that they had touch screens to order on. I perfer to order in person but I tried the touch screens, I imagine they were introduced during covid but I was a little concerned as I saw no hand sanitiser in sight. The burger was squished flat and mayo was dripping out, not too impressive. I doubt I will return.

Very poor customer service and quality. After a consumer complaint you would not think that reiterating a response of bad luck would be acceptable. Formal complaint will be emailed tonight to Senior management. Photo 2 and 3 is portion size !45 year customer has no idea. And in case you are thinking.......no...I am not obese
