These guys work on behalf of Medibank to provide insurance products but do not announce that they are not actually Medibank in any way when calling you. People need to be aware who they're handing their personal details to. Branding yourself as Medibank does not give you carte blanche permission to extract information out of uninformed Medibank customers.

These insurance products are distributed through Greenstone's proprietary brands (Real Insurance, Australian Seniors Insurance Agency, New Zealand Seniors, Guardian Insurance and Prime Pet Insurance) and affinity brands (Medibank, ahm, Woolworths, Guide Dogs Pet Insurance and RSPCA).

I have a Life Insurance policy via Woolworths, and the fine print on my letter of renewal points out that Greenstone Financial Services carries the Licence for Life Insurance with Woolworths. I find the services pretty poor, I will be changing my policy to another insurance provider.
