At first was good while I was getting my lashes done professional clean,but after 4 days all the lashes fell out I had attempted numerous times to contact them back and no reply spanning over a week.When I finally did get a hold of them they said there is nothing they could do as its close to the two week mark when I tried explaining I did try and contact before hand apparently there was no record" of me calling.do not visit this service as there totally unprofessional with dealing with issues regarding their services."

DO NOT RECOMMEND- Had eyelash extensions.Wanted full (used Russian as reference) and received a classic set then when I questioned why they aren’t full at the end they expressed Id have to go someone else full fuller lashes. She was very fast which may explain why some of the lashes were stuck to my eyelid and didn’t look well aligned and at the end my bottom eyelashes were stuck to my top and she simply yank to pluck them out. Couldn’t believe I encountered this - never had anyone ever done that. The two employees continued to speak a foreign language and laughed which I thought was rude, paid $145 for barely any lashes. They were polite I guess is a positive.First and last time I’ll ever use them.

Great at their job, i always get long wear from my colour and shape of my brows..

been there multiple times but today i went back for my usual eyebrow tinting and threading then getting my eyelashes also tinted. all good all day then i noticed my eyebrows were done uneven in colour very noticeably and in shape not as noticeable. i’m not happy with this at all.

DO NOT GO HERE......-1 *Honestly the worst experience.First time getting my eyebrows done super excited made the techinan aware it was my first time, I was after an eyebrow lamination and shape with then the techian recommended I get the package with the tint nervous but I went ahead. Threading and then lamination after those services were performed was told not to get them wet or touch them for 38hrs as that would ruin the service (lamination) I was then asked medium brow or dark brown. They were the only two options I was giving and made sure I heard her correctly as I was super nervous about them being dark I said medium as I wasn't giving an light option. It was left on for 3 minutes after the service she showed me and they were DARK but I know tinting usually is darker when first applied and not to get worked up about it. I asked her will it fade by tomorrow assured it would lighten by tomorrow I paid.I then left the shops straight away as I wanted to have a better look and started to cry they were BLACK (now I have blonde hair) so it looked crazy. I had confrontation but I looked like an angry bird so I went back in and asked if I could get it fixed or a refund because I looked crazy they then scrubbed by eyebrows like crazy and nothing came off an nothing came off I was shocked as everything I had read and was told by the techinan not to touch or wet as it would remove the lamination. I asked if I could get a refund as I was not happy with the service and that the lamination wouldn't last now as she srubbed it. I got 17 dollars and paid 105 I'm embarrassed to go out side. I got my partner to come in as I really wasn't happy literally sat in my car ballin my eyes out waiting for him to come they then rang their centre and then said they call back. I was then made out as I requested black eyebrows and was giving a light tint option with I didn't I was crying. I have called the centre?? And was yelled at over the phone the then stopped talking asked if they were still there 4 times and then hung up on.If I could give minus one star I would

Wasn’t greeted properly and rudely asked to pay with either cash or card not split payment.

I love the fact that u can walk in and be greeted and seated straight away. I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and the lady's are very nice. Thank you for your hospitality

If I could give it no stars I would! I went in and had my eyelash extentions done on the 22nd of September and that same day 8 lashes fell out! So went in the next day they fixed it up and its been 6 days since I first had them put on and I have no lashes left! It cost me $145 and 6 days later I have nothing to show for it!!!! Not happy will never go back there! Please ladies never get your extensions from here!!!

I went last night and as a guy I was a little bit nerves but the ladies were lovely and did an amazing job. Will 100% be back
