I called up on Tuesday (Melbourne cup) and asked about booking an appointment for an all over colour and if one wasn’t available I would happily book in for the next available time. The hairdresser on the phone laughed and said “No time for that haha, goodbye” and hung up on me. I was shocked that someone could speak to a potential customer with so little respect. I understand it was Melbourne Cup day and probably busy but I did suggest another time and that wasn’t taken into consideration. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time since staff can’t even pretend to be nice!

Ive been going there for over a year. The owner, a very nice person does outstanding haircuts and is very particular with every detail. She has more experience and expertise than all the Salon Express staff combined and you'll really notice a difference if you've had your hair cut before at similar salons. Her colours are half the price as others, hair cuts are about the same but as I said, the standard is much higher.
