Geelong Transfer Station

Really poor decision to close on Sundays. And limiting Saturday hours to a 2-hour window (2 hours over the whole weekend) is just not a good service. Geelong is Victoria’s 2nd biggest city and it’s growing fast! Considering most people only have the weekend to do their rubbish/recycling/garden waste disposal I cannot comprehend how you think 2 hours is a viable timeframe to offer people. We all pay rates, as well as the ample fees charged to dispose of our waste responsibly. Fix this please!

This is the best value for money transfer station in Geelong cheaper and faster better service then down the road very happy will be coming back.

Absolutely would recommend going down to Michael and the team at the Transfer Station. Better pricing and service than you would get at the Geelong Resource Recovery just down the road, its 1km away and is far superior.

I was told Friday mid morning that my money would be transferred into my account by close of business or at midnight. It did not happen, I casually said to the boss during our conversation on Friday that I would be leaving to go to Adelaide on Saturday morning, I didn't leave, anticipating the money would be in my account by midday. I held out until just after 11am,called around, he made a call and within a couple of minutes the money was in my account. I wonder what may have happened If I didn't hold back before leaving to go to Adelaide .First time, Last time.

Used to go to the council transfer station with poor customer service, recently went to Geelong transfer station to get rid of some construction waste. These guys are legends and very affordable, definitely will go there from now onwards.
