WARNING - This company really will waste your time.We tried to order a few wall architectural mouldings with the relevant glue, including cornices etc to see how they will look in our house however the website showed no postage costs and when contacted Sheree just got the run around.After many excuses and the customer (me) following up many times I get told some story about delays overseas etc ONLY to then get an email saying you order is too small" so cannot help you.What this company cannot understand is that one needs a few pieces to see how it will look before you order in bulk for your whole house

Be careful they are a waste of time. I ordered a few skirting boards and glue on 8th December but they dispatched some items on 21st February. It's extremely slow and I could not paint my house for 3 months. Before I placed the order Sheree informed me that it's gonna take about 2 weeks to receive all the items. If I knew it would take 3 months to receive everything, I would not use this company.The representative Sheree does not understand what you are saying and the situation. You need to be aware you are gonna talk to someone who appears to act like a child.Also THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND. They refund you WITHOUT GST. Because the accountant in this company does not know how to give you GST refund.The skirting boards and their products are highly over-priced, you can get better quality and cheaper price products from other stores.Don't waste your time!!
