Personal Challenge Fitness Training
I have done I.C.E and F.I.R.E and MP Nutrition and also 1:1 training session's with Matt over the last couple of years.Matt always encourages you to do the best you can and then try to do better. I find that he encourages everyone and is very supportive of everyone that goes to his session and there is always something different in every session we do. I would highly recommend his business to anyone that wants to be fitter and healthier and also to improve their lifestyle choices. I enjoy my session's and hope you will too.

As a small business owner myself I cherish my time. I spend less than two hours a week with Matt and my whole outlook on fitness and nutrition has changed dramatically. I got great results in the first 3-6 months and nearly four years later I am happier with myself than I have ever been. I look forward to my sessions..I highly recommend him.

After years of dieting, I was honestly lost. Then I found Matt. He taught me about nutrition and exercise and what to do when in order to maximise the results. I now have a plan which I am confident to move forward with. Also, I love the results so far and its only been 6 weeks. Stronger and fitter.

Matt at Personal Challenge Fitness has been my personal trainer for the best part of 12 years. After taking a break from training to have my second child, I was 12 months post-partum and feeling very unfit and unhealthy. Now, another 12 months down the track, I'm back in to 2-on-1 training, and Matt has helped me regain my strength and I feel like I'm back on track with my fitness. Matt's style of training is encouraging and professional, and he is always ready to adapt a workout, should a client have any injuries or concerns. Would recommend without hesitation.

I trained with Matt from Personal Challenge Fitness on Weights and Nutrition for over 12 months. In that time I lost just over 24 Kg and I feel great! Being overweight and lacking confidence I found taking the first step was the toughest but after my free consult I left feeling excited about the journey I was about to begin. Matt goes the extra mile to make you feel like a real person and not just another client in for a 45min session, he is just as invested in your journey as you are and the support he offers, especially in those tough I cant do it" moments is invaluable and a credit to him. I can’t recommend Matt enough
