One of the most toxic and disorganised workplaces I have ever worked for in over 27 years of construction. If you're new or looking to bludge, sign up here. If you're a worker or client who cares about quality work and time frames, move on. Toxic management, no direction, using unrevised plans and no equipment. Never seen a company cutting down studs for all flanges as they have gotten so much so wrong. Will be suprised if they are not liquidated in 2023.

Very poor company using intimidation, bully boy tactics combined with illogical decision making. There’s plenty of work out there do not go there to work.Not many people will continue to work with Aerison after this shut.

This has to be one of the most unorganised places I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, from rude staff to constant miscommunication. Management that don't return calls, pays not done on time, mobilisation is a joke. Pick up your game!
