We are a SME located in Macquarie Park. Daryoush and his excellent team undertook a construction project for us. Our projects involved construction work similar to that in a domestic property, but it involved additional certification steps by third parties. We were really happy with the way that Daryoush accommodated and helped us pass the additional certification. The final build is of high quality and we are really pleased with the result. Throughout the project Daryoush communicated well and worked with us to ensure the final building meets our needs. Binai construction recently finish a new home build for my family. Throughout the project Daryoush and Ryan were responsive to our needs and the ever changing building market. They are a team which pride themselves in customer satisfaction, quality building methods and involved us throughout the building project. Building is not for the faint hearted but with Ryan as my site manager things progressed and I now have the home of my dreams. I can highly recommend Binai construction to build your home, our site was on a steep sloping block but no challenge was to big for them to get the project across the line.

Binai service was fantastic and definitely met, even exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the kind manner and friendly attitude of Mr Binai himself as well as his amazing team. He started with introducing a reliable supplier for the timber (reasonable cost and punctual delivery with no issue) and managed to have everything in an order prior to initiating the job in our house. The job was done in a high-quality manner by his friendly staff who were punctual, professional and organized. We truly appreciated receiving the daily reports from Mr Binai himself on the progress of the job and keeping us informed on the upcoming events for the coming days. Binai service accomplished the job as per the initial plan and on top of that accommodated our later-on request on extra work to be done in our house, which was beyond our expectation.We had a fantastic journey working with Binai service and highly recommend them to anyone who is after a reliable, high-quality and well-organized team.

Daryoush was regularly on site managing his first-class team of tradesman. Progress on our project was effectively communicated throughout the renovation. Our project exceeded expectations and all aspects of our renovation were completed by a hard working and trustworthy crew.

Daryoush and his team are super responsive, did a great job with our backyard and concreting. Daryoush is hands on and thinks of everything. He was quick to commence the work and finish ahead of time

We urgently needed the pathway to our home changed for wheelchair and walker access. Thanks to the Binai Team they came up with a solution and did a great job. They were very professional and completed work in a short timeframe. Would highly recommend.

Huge thank you to the team at Binai Construction who did a fantastic job in our recent upgrades to our home. Once the job commenced we decided to add slight variation and no request was an issue. Our home looks completely transformed with our new roof and we are in love with our beautiful skylights.
