Le Bain Newstead
Le Bain is just as beautiful in person as it is in pictures. The rooftop amenities are stunning; spa, sauna, dining, gym, city views - everything is in the one place. The building itself is looked after immaculately, and if there's ever an issue, management is on it immediately. Weekends living in Le Bain are like no other, plus you're close to Teneriffe, New Farm, Fortitude Valley and the CBD, so you waste no time travelling to your favourite destinations.

Le Bain Newstead
Le Bain is the newest building in Newstead and as someone who has seen almost all of the buildings in the area I can confidently say it is the most well appointed of all. The on-site manager Brandon delivers an impeccable service to residents and visitors, being extremely professional and organised but not forgetting the personal touch. No doubt this building will become widely regarded among the best, as will its resident community.

Le Bain is incredible - stylish and spacious with impressive floorplans, architecture & city views. Cavcorp have really outdone themselves with the palm lined rooftop which features a heated pool, sauna, magnesium spas, yoga lawn, gym and private dining. I've just moved in this week and the on-site manager Brandon is the icing on the Le Bain cake - always professional and he knows the building inside out - Brandon really adds a personal touch to the building and makes everyone feel so welcome. Highly recommended!

We have just moved in and Brandon along with team Cavcorp have gone above & beyond to help secure our incredible new apartment. Le Bain is situated in the perfect location, has the most amazing facilities and we honestly think there is no better place to live in Brisbane. We can’t wait to settle in and experience the Le Bain community!

My husband and I have been living at Le Bain now for almost 5 months. We fell in love with the Parisian vibe, exquisite architecture and gorgeous rooftop that still makes us feel like we’re on holiday every time we are up there! We definitely plan to enjoy many more days here.

We LOVE living at Le Bain. Incredible rooftop amenities - pool, spa, sauna, BBQs, private dining room, and a professional grade gym. The location is also beautiful. There's a cute wine bar next door (Carl's), Gasworks is just down the road, and it's only a block from the Teneriffe Ferry and entrance to the River Walk. Shout out to Brandon, our Building Manager. He works tirelessly to keen Le Bain in order, and nothing is too much trouble.

As a new resident of Le Bain. It's been an awesome experience. Great communication from management and easy residential set up. Fit out is amazing and location is perfect. The rooftop it tops ;) and always kept clean. My new doggo is very happy and loves how welcome he is in the building. Lots of other happy fur babies. I can already see myself staying another year.
