IDOC Iphone & Ipad Screen Repairs South Yarra

Nightmare experience! Dropped off a surface pro 3 for a screen repair and was told it would be ready next day. After 7 days, two attempts the screen was not repaired and the tablet no longer worked. They took no responsibility and was told to pick up a the damages! Dealt with 3 different staff members over the 7 days, was told repeatedly the job would be fixed tomorrow. After growing frustrations, I was “their boss had a bad back and unable to treat the job as a priority”.Overall, I lost a weeks work, ended up with a damaged motherboard and the matter is now with consumer affairs.Very stressful experience!

Just got my iPhone 12max screen fixed! Looks great again, and they did it in 30mins too!And it was the cheapest I found!Definitely recommend!

I'm writing this review to personally thank Nick and Jun for their outstanding service. They clarified the issues I was having and provided me my options for repair in an easy to understand manner. The prices were excellent and I would have been willing to pay a lot more for the service they provided. Thanks again for your communication, service and affordability. Great service! Went in today to get my iphone XS screen fixed and battery changed. Alex has been such a great help in providing the services that I need. He even took time to explain how I can keep my phone in a better condition. Definitely would recommend those of you who needs your phone fixing. Location is not too far from tram 58 or South Yarra train station too, so it's easy access!

Cracked my phone mini screen and finally got around to replacing it. With the time it took to do I should've replaced it sooner. Thanks guys for being fast and efficient

Used to good but now getting dishonest. My iPhone 8 needed a new charge port which they replaced with one year warranty. After a few months it kept showing message 'device not supported' thinking something was plugged in. Then stopped charging and couldn't connect to any of my cables. Whereas all my other devices did. Took to Apple Store and they confirmed charge port was faulty. Took back to them and they said it was dust. Sadly I couldn't test in store so got back home and typically, not working as per normal. Rang them up and they said nope, was my problem. Really poor service, I'd used them a bit in the past but they've just become like all the others. I'll just get my phone swapped at Apple for $525, expensive but at least you know it works. Don't waste your time with them.

Poor service quality when I came here awhile ago, didn't completely fix screen even after 2 attempts.

Bad experience...recommend to avoid.I took my phone to Idoc to fix the hold button and replace battery. They ended up breaking/kinking the cables microphone.Only Idoc could have broken it as i was on a phone call before entering the shop. As I used it to make a call when leaving the shop it no longer worked. They refused to take fault and acknowledge their workmanship mistake.Idoc has tried delete my review on other review sites because as perhaps they don’t like honest feedback? Seems to be a company that apparently never mistakes and takes no ownership when things go wrong?Response to owner: you’re obliviously in denial about ever making mistakes. MISTAKES HAPPEN and ADMIT to them. I’ll never forget the pain you caused me and my family when we were struggling.

No complaints, did the job on time, cheapest place I could find this side of Melbourne metro, 2 months later screen still ok
