I would give it a 0 if I could. Terrible customer service. They only care about making money. Not helpful whatsoever. I have a Tucson which apparently has known engine issues with a legal action being taken against them. When this happened to my car they did not try to help me at all and just said we can book it in at this particular date. Which was in 4 weeks time! They gave me prices which were ridiculously over priced and just didn’t care! Save your money and your time and go somewhere else!

Heard quite a lot of bad reviews about this place but didn’t expect it was this bad. Why is booking even available on public holiday if you’re not opening? The staffs are very rude and make fun of me in front of everyone when we arrive for the car service I booked online. Ridiculous and very humiliating experience.

I was told that my tyres were only 4mm so I went to the tyre company that I purchased the tyres from in December 2021 as I had only done 5000 KL in that time. The company did a check of my tyres with the gadget they use and it showed that I still had 7.5 mm left I was also told that I needed new wipers at $70.00 which I said no too. This morning I went to Repco to buy the wipers the guy cleaned them and said they were fine. Not happy.

Will never buy a vehicle from this dealership. While in warranty everything ok after no service My vehicle had a problem they did not fix it sane problem did not want to Know about the problem. Said nothing wrong with vehicle got charged took home next morning same problem I took photo of error message and researched only to find others had same problem they did not want to know about it. Vehicle has been fixed Avoid this dealership

Customer service is average at best. Hard to get in contact with to even book. Once you’re booked in and dropping off your vehicle they will having you waiting around for 30 minutes before they take your vehicle. Do yourself a favour and go else where.

Worse experience with them. I have ordered a panel for car and I waited for 3 months and no response from them afterwards they refused to refund my money. I won’t recommend anyone to go with them. Very bad customer service experience.

Unfortunately, the high volume of 1 star reviews on this service department are accurate. I was very disappointed with two recent visits here. The first was to carry out a warranty issue diagnosis. Upon collecting the vehicle, cosmetic parts were not even put back/replaced. I had wires hanging out of the vehicle computer with a device attached. While admittedly the service desk girls were trying to assist as they couldnt locate the mechanic who was respinsible for the work, they rather roughly tried to replace the cover until they finally managed to get it in place. I was worried they were actually going to cause damage to the cover and computer. The second visit included the warranty work being done on the vehicle, together with a standard service I asked for (at a cost of $485). A car wash is included in the service, and I specifically requested that this happen as part of the service (not that I should have to ask as it's meant to be included). Upon collecting the car, what do you know? No car wash. While I'm grateful the poor service consultant offered to have the car washed on another day due to it not being done, I don't think it's fair that I should have to make a 3rd trip to the dealership, wait around or leave my car while they wash, and be further inconvenienced. I just wish this service centre would do their job properly and to an appropriate standard. Your team are letting you down, and both these experiences have left me questioning whether the service and warranty replacement were even done properly and to an acceptable standard. I do not recommend them for servicing, and in the future would rather make a long trip across town to another service centre if it means getting the job done correctly. I wrote an email to the business explaining all of the above and no response. They don't care about their customers and business image as proven by all of the other 1 star reviews of which they make no attempt to respond to. All the above without even starting on my opinion of their customer service team (with the exception of the consultant assigned to me, who at least was embarrassed the car wasn't washed as I'd requested of her). Don't waste your money here. Considering they charge a hefty amount and quite possibly don't even complete the work correctly.

Bought a New Hyundai Santa fe highlander just over 2 years ago. Wanted to trade down due to covid changing the need for this size car as it has just sat in my driveway. Got it appraised and they told me they will call me back. I have left 2 messages this week with the same sales person to pass on to the finance manager an I have still not been contacted. I guess they don't need my $60k and the money they would make on a low km highend SUV. Not good for the brand or a family business.
